INITIAL PHASE
Blue Ventures is established by Sachin S. Lodha, a visionary & experienced real estate professional who began his journey 20 years ago. Being a qualified civil engineer, he has always been a self-driven professional. In the initial phase of his career, his core focus was on acquiring in-depth knowledge and nitty-gritties of the real estate industry.
BLUE VENTURE ESTABLISHMENT
He started working independently and got associated with the reputed real estate brands like Aditya Builders, Xrbia, Saarthi Group, SVB among others. He played a major role in building numerous successful projects for these brands. Soon he took a bigger step towards his dream and founded Blue Ventures with the aim of offering good quality of living for home buyers.
CLIENT RELATION
He always endeavoured to develop a strong bond with clients with utmost sincerity & honesty. He further forayed into various allied verticals such as plotting projects, luxurious yet affordable homes, TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) and Rentals. Under his dynamic leadership, 2 million sq.ft. of construction has been completed successfully. Keeping up with the times, he believes in adopting the latest in technology as well as trends to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
